Demi Lovato shared with the journalist some private details about her overdose, further recovery, and future new documentary film in a new interview for “CBS Sunday Morning”, which arrived just a couple of days before “Demi Lovato: Dancing with the Devil” was released.
Celebrity told a reporter about her struggle which lasted 6 years, when she was trying to stay sober in 2010, and how it led to her overdose. “For the first time in my life, I had to die to be able to wake up”- says Demi. “I couldn’t control my life at that moment. So I had to grow up and take responsibility for my life. Now I am in full control of my finances, the food I eat, and how I even exercise “- it was added.
However, the star admitted that she drinks some alcohol and from time to time smokes weed during her recovery. “I think the method of total limiting yourself is a method that is not completely suitable for all people. And the method of moderate consumption is a universal solution for everyone”- says the star.
“Demi Lovato: Dancing With the Devil” appeared on March 23rd on YouTube.
