A 19-year-old American student has created a bot that shows the movement of Elon Musk's private jet.

Last fall, the Tesla founder sent a message to Jack Sweeney asking him to shut down a Twitter page called @ElonJet, which tracks his movements around the world.

The entrepreneur wrote that this posed a threat to his personal safety. Musk even made his own offer: 5,000 dollars to delete the account and help the billionaire stop crazy people from stalking him.

But the programmer raised the bid to 50 thousand dollars and said that he would spend this money on training and the Tesla Model 3. To this, the billionaire replied that he would think about the offer. The agreement has not yet been concluded, but the bot is still working.

@ElonJet is one of 15 bots that Jack created. The rest track the flights of Jeff Bezos, Bill Gates, and other famous businessmen. However, Mask's bot is the most popular- now it has almost 120,000 followers on Twitter. According to Sweeney, earnings do not exceed 20 dollars a month.

The program uses open data from the US Federal Aviation Administration, processes it, and shows the movement of aircraft.

Yesterday, Elon Musk's plane landed in Texas, according to the latest reports.
