Nike sues Lil Nas X to destroy all Satan's sneakers

Rapper Lil Nas X, during the PR of his new track, managed to be accused of offending the feelings of religious people. Religion and sneakers were connected by the artist's new hit Montero (Call Me by Your Name). The thing is that through the video, the 21-year-old rapper performs erotic dances by Satan, and also combines biblical references with a pole for a striptease.

In addition, Lil Nas X decided to release "satanic sneakers" with a drop of human blood on the sole. The design of the devilish shoe was borrowed from the Nike Air Max 97. That's why many people have concluded that the sneaker is a collaboration between the brand and the rapper. However, Nike immediately stated that it had nothing to do with "Satan's shoes." In fact, Lil Nas X launched the sneaker with MSCHF and they have already received a lawsuit from Nike.

The shoe giant has charged MSCHF with logo infringement. Nike believes that their business reputation has been seriously damaged because the Satan Shoes looked just the same as their products. So, many people thought that the brand "supports Satanism."
