the Legend of the Ten Rings

In the US, the leader of the box office again became Shang-Chi and the Legend of the Ten Rings based on the Marvel film comics. Over the past weekend, the blockbuster grossed 13.3 million dollars.

In general, the film earned more than 196 million dollars in the United States. And the total worldwide gross of the film comics is more than 363 million dollars, making it the highest-grossing film of the year at home.

The top-3 American box office over the past weekend also included the musical Dear Evan Hansen with 7.5 million dollars and Free Guy with Ryan Reynolds which grossed 4.14 million dollars (total - 114 million dollars).

Shang-Chi Film of the Year at Home

Shang-Chi is the second film in the once again relaunched Marvel universe (after Black Widow) and the first in a long time in which a new hero enters the arena. Interestingly, Shang-Chi is not a new figure in the world of comics. The hero first appeared in drawn stories back in the early seventies. The studio took the plot seriously several times, but it didn't go further than conversations and plans. For obvious, there were simply not so many actors with an Asian appearance in large-scale filmmaking.

And now, Shang-Chi impresses us with half of the dialogues that are conducted in the purest Chinese language. In addition, fights here are full-fledged dance performances, phenomenally colorful, and spectacular.
