The Singer From New Zealand, Lorde, Launched a New Album In in the Māori Language
On September 9, the singer from New Zealand, Lorde unexpectedly released a mini-album. You can listen to the Te Ao Mārama release on all popular streaming sites. The funds from its sale will be donated to environmental organizations.
The new album includes five songs from the previous album called Solar Power. The singer has reworked the singles from the August launch performing them in the native language of New Zealand.
All proceeds from the sale of the album will go to the independent conservation charity organizations, which are aimed at funding projects for the Maori community.
24-year-old Ella Marija Lani Yelich-O'Connor is a famous New Zealand-based singer and songwriter. In 2013, Lorde became the youngest performer and the first New Zealand woman (since 1987) who was included in the Billboard Hot 100 list with the Royals single. Lorde was four times nominated for a Grammy, which she won twice.
